H.E. Amb. Jean W. Kimani
High Commissioner to the Republic of Botswana

H.E. Amb. Jean w. Kimani is a career Diplomat with over 31 years experience in Kenya’s Diplomatic Service.

She was posted to Botswana as High Commissioner in February, 2013 and presented her letters of Credence to His Excellency President Lt. Gen. Seretse Khama Ian Khama on 12th March, 2013.

Prior to her appointment she served as the National Coordinator/Director of the Great Lakes Region in the Ministry and has also been on various diplomatic assignments at both bilateral and multilateral levels.

Amb. Kimani has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, a postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hon) from the University of Nairobi.
